SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (D9Sports) – North Clarion completed a wire-to-wire run as the No. 1 team in the Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com District 9 Girls’ Power Ratings holding onto the top spot in the Feb. 12 ratings, the final ratings of the 2017-18 season.

The six teams just below the She-Wolves (21-0 through Sunday) stayed the same from last week, although No. 7 Keystone (10-11 through Sunday) is now tied for that spot with Brookville (16-4).
Kane (20-1) checks in at No. 2 followed by Punxsutawney (15-5) at No. 3, A-C Valley (17-4) at No. 4, Coudersport (18-3) at No. 5 and Otto-Eldred (19-2 through Sunday) at No. 6.
Ridgway (11-9) joins the ratings this week tied for No. 10 with Moniteau (11-10 through Sunday).
Elk County Catholic (13-8) dropped out this week falling from No. 14.
