Clarion Man Faces Terroristic Threats Charge After Allegedly Threatening to Kill Corsica Man

Police CarUNION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police say a Clarion man is facing charges of terroristic threats and related offenses stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence on Route 949, in Union Township, Jefferson County.

Between 7:00 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. on January 13, PSP Punxsutawney investigated an altercation that occurred at the above described location.

Police say 50-year-old James Edward Farley, of Clarion, allegedly threatened to kill a 73-year-old Corsica man on the victim’s property.

No parties involved were injured, according to police.

Charges of terroristic threats, trespass, and harassment will be filed in District Court 54-3-03.
