Job Description
- Supervising the dietary department in meal planning and preparation
- Hiring/Training/Coaching staff
- Care planning and MDS Documentation
- Ordering/purchasing food, supplies and equipment for dietary department.
- Maintain compliance with State/Federal Regulations
