The Gold Eagle Inn in Brookville, PA, is currently seeking a Full-time Grill Chef.
Looking for an experienced full-time Grill Chef for The Gold Eagle steak and seafood house! All of our steaks are grilled over charcoal. This is a hands on position where the Chef runs day to day kitchen operations, controls inventory, and places orders, develops menus and specials, supervises kitchen staff, and works with management to continue to deliver superior product to customers.
Paid vacation (after one year), plus the following holidays off: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4!
Experience:
Culinary Degree OR 2 years experience in field
Serve Safe Certified (preferred)
