James R. Carlson, age 59, of Wayne Road, DuBois, PA died on Monday, December 18, 2017, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born on April 3, 1958, in DuBois, PA he was the son of the late Raine E. and Geraldine T. (Kentoski) Carlson.
He worked for Valley Machine and Tool in Penfield and was a bartender at the Independent, Political, and Social Club for the past 28 years.
He loved to watch NASCAR and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
He is survived by two siblings (Lorraine “Lori” Stormer of DuBois, PA and John S. Carlson and his wife Georgia of West Middlesex, PA) five nieces and ten great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017, from 1-3 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017, at 3 PM from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. with Msgr Richard Siefer officiating.
Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery.
Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor’s choice.
