BRADFORD, Pa. (D9Sports) – The Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches’ Association, District 9 Chapter, recently named their All-Star District 9 teams in Classes 1A, 2A and 3A.

In Class 1A, Otto-Eldred’s Camryn Thomas (Middle Hitter) was named the District’s Most Valuable Player while her Lady Terror teammates Allison Cousins (Outside Hitter) and Emily Smith (Setter) were named to the first team.
Also on the first team were Clarion’s Alexis Constantino (Libero) and Maya Thornton (Outside Hitter) and A-C Valley’s Josey Terwilliger (Outside Hitter) and Olvia Boocks (Outside Hitter).
A pair of A-C Valley players were also on the second team including Middle Hitter Kylee Eaton and Setter Sydney Rankin. They were joined on the second team by North Clarion’s Tori Obenrader (Middle Hitter), Otto-Eldred’s Alyssa Shelander (Outside Hitter), Clarion’s Brenna Campbell (Setter) and Coudersport’s EmmaRae Easton (Outside/Middle Hitter).
Three Coudersport players were also on the third team including Outside Hitter/Defensive Specialist Adrian Page, Libero Joplin Osgood and Setter Haley Keck. They were joined by Ridgway’s Emily Fullem (Outside HItter), Cranberry’s Erin Merryman (Setter) and Johnsonburg’s Skylar Sherry (Outside Hitter/Defensive Specialist).
All the Class 1A players with the exceptions on Boocks (junior), Eaton (junior), Campbell (freshman) and Sherry (junior) are seniors.
There was one team named in both Class 2A and Class 3A and no MVP was named in either classification.
The 2A team consisted of Kane’s Hannah Buhl (Junior, Setter), Trinity Clark (Senior, Outside Hitter) and Ella Marconi (Junior, Middle Hitter), Redbank Valley’s Emily Gourley (Senior, Middle Hitter) and Josie Rupp (Junior, Outside Hitter), Moniteau’s Cambrie Campbell (Senior, Outside Hitter), Karns City’s Emily Hegedus (Senior, Middle Hitter) and Brookville’s Olivia Pearson (Senior, Middle Hitter).
On the 3A team were DuBois’ Danessa Allison (Senior, Outside Hitter), Kylee Bundy (Senior, Setter), Kelli Hoffer (Junior, Outside Hitter) and Lexi Ray (Senior, Middle Hitter), Punxsutawney’s Midori Bridges (Senior, Setter) and Leah Miller (Senior, Middle Hitter), St. Marys’ Becca Bauer (Senior, Outside Hitter) and Bradford’s Ashton McGriff (Senior, Outside Hitter).
