The driver of the vehicle Shaw attempted to pull over, Tavon Jamere Harper, was arrested on Sunday at his residence. Holt ran from the SUV Harper was driving and shot Shaw in the chest during a foot chase.

According to wtae.com, a reward of $53,500.00 is being offered for information that helps police find and arrest Holt of Natrona Heights.

Harper said he had delivered marijuana to Holt before the traffic stop. Police found $2,500.00 on Harper as well as two bundles of stamp bags of suspected heroin in a second-floor bedroom of the home, according to police.

Pa. State Police Troop A Public Information Officer tweeted the following about Holt with his photo: “Consider Holt armed and dangerous! Call 911 with info on his location.”
