CARDIFF, Wales – Animal rescuers in Wales are looking for the owner of a parakeet that made a surprise appearance in a hospital kitchen.

The kitchen workers were able to capture the parakeet before Animal Collection Officer Gary Lucas arrived on the scene.
The RSPCA is now trying to find the bird’s owner.
