RICHMOND, Calif. – Police in California said a driver tried to avoid toll enforcement by covering part of their license plate with a sticker from a package of chicken wings.
The California Highway Patrol said in a Facebook post that a sergeant pulled over a white Ford Mustang about 8 p.m. Tuesday for having a partially covered license plate.
