VIETNAM – A fisherman in Vietnam pulled a drowning puppy out of the water and saved it with several minutes of CPR when he found it was unresponsive.
The video, filmed in Binh Dai, Ben Tre, shows the man working to warm the baby dog and get its heart to restart after pulling it out of the cold water.
