BROOKINGS, Ore. – An Oregon woman captured video of the moment stormy weather took hold of two large inflatable snowmen and made them appear to be fighting.
Jenney Freeman said she was visiting an ATM in Brookings when she spotted the inflatables being slammed by wind alongside the Oregon Coast Highway.
