SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – A California man who won $1,000 from a scratch-off lottery ticket had another bit of luck to brag about on the same day – a $1 million jackpot.
Mario Martinez visited the California Lottery’s Santa Fe Springs District Office recently to cash in a pair of winning scratch-offs: a Twisted Scratchers ticket worth $1,000, and a 50X the Money ticket worth $1 million.
