SOUTH BEACH, FL – Police in Florida are investigating after a video recorded inside a nightclub captured a panicked horse bucking its rider inside the crowded business.
“Last night MBPD was made aware of this incident at Mokai. We are very concerned over the allegations,” police tweeted. “As such, we have launched a joint investigation with [Miami Beach] Code Enforcement.”
