ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia – Police in Russia are trying to identify a man seen taking a leashed bear for a walk though Taganrog and roughhousing with the animal.
Investigators confirmed an investigation has been opened after a video posted to Instagram by user vlados_tgn showed a man walking the small bear, which was wearing a leash but no muzzle, outside of a residential building.
