ELK MOUNTAIN, Wyoming – A rear-facing camera on a Wyoming State Highway Patrol vehicle captured the moment a semi tipped over in high winds and landed on an unoccupied cruiser.
The video, filmed Feb. 7 and posted to Facebook, shows the unoccupied car at the side of Interstate 80, near Elk Mountain, while troopers assisted drivers involved in previous crashes.
