Special Agent to Address ‘Passion and Purpose in Careers’ at Clarion University’s Main North Theater

CLARION, Pa. – Special agent Rufus B. Williams will present “Passion and Purpose in Careers” on Monday, November 5, in the Suites on Main North Theater in Clarion.

The event begins at 7:00 p.m.

Attendance is free and open to the public.

Williams is an assistant special agent in charge of the Financial Crimes Investigations Unit of the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. He has investigated numerous complex financial crimes, including embezzlement, false pretense, public corruption, money laundering, structuring, mortgage fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, and elderly financial abuse.

The event, part of the 2018-19 Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, is sponsored by Martin Luther King Jr. Committee, Minority Student Services, Act 101 and the department of criminal justice.
