Home Show Night – Thursday, September 13

The exclusive evening is September 13, 2018, starting at 5:00 p.m., plant tour at 7:00 p.m., and concluding at 8:00 p.m.

AND

The 2019 models will feature brand new finishes inside and out, from shingles and lineals to flooring and tile. The two display homes will be an excellent representation of the outstanding quality and workmanship of New Era Modulars and what to expect when purchasing a new home through Grandview Estates.

New Era Plant Location:

The New Era plant is located three miles east of Clarion on Route 322 at Strattanville. Go straight through Strattanville and turn right on Southern Avenue. After passing the S.M.I. plant on the left, go approximately 3/4 mile around a sharp left turn. The display homes will be on the left.

Fall Factory Show Day – Saturday, September 15

An exclusive Fall Factory Show Day will also be held on Saturday, September 15.
