State Police Calls: Criminal Trespass in Reynoldsville, DUI in Punxsy

State police responded to the following incidents:

Criminal Trespass in Reynoldsville

DuBois-based State Police say around 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 29-year-old Jeremy Appleton, of Reynoldsville, went into an apartment building on Zambori Street in Reynoldsville in which he was served with a “no trespass notice.”

The notice was served by the manager of the apartment building and two Reynoldsville Borough Police Officers.

Appleton fled the residence through a back door as police were while trying to make contact with him.

The investigation continues.

DUI in Punxsutawney Borough

Punxsutawney-based State Police say a known, 31-year-old Big Run man was found sleeping in his 2004 Mitsubishi Galant with the car running in the parking lot located on the 400 Block of Eureka Street, in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County.

During the traffic stop, the man was determined to be DUI.

The incident occurred at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, January 12.

Charges are pending.
