State Police Hunting for Sex Offender Who Left ‘Just for Jesus’

norrisBROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) — State Police in DuBois are looking for a former “Just For Jesus” resident who left the Brockway facility in January.

Robert John Norris, 30, formerly of Brockway, failed to register under Megan’s Law requirements when he left “Just For Jesus” January 2 and failed to register his new address within three business days.

Norris was convicted on indecent assault charges in 2006, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

He is a Tier 2 registered sex offender. Tier II sex offenders are required to register in Pennsylvania for 25 years.

Sex offenders who fail to register under Pennsylvania Megan’s Law requirements face a felony of the second degree.

A warrant was issued for Norris.
