Timblin Man Dies After Falling Off Ladder


LIMESTONE TWP., Pa. (EYT)  – A Timblin man died on Friday after falling off an extension ladder while washing the siding on a Limestone Township home.

According to Clarion County Coroner Terry Shaffer, David L. Miller, 57, died of blunt force trauma to his head and body after falling about 25 feet from an extension ladder while pressure washing the siding.

The death was ruled accidental.

Shaffer said a piece of siding had come loose, and Miller reached to put it back in place. The ladder started to slide in the opposite direction when he fell.
