Two Busted for Meth Following Traffic Stop

ganci-brosius-mugHIGHLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Methamphetamine bust was made following a traffic stop on Miola Road, in Highland Township, Clarion County.

Clarion-based State Police say around 7:12 p.m. on January 20, a traffic stop was conducted for vehicle code violations. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded Methamphetamine and items used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine.

The following individuals were charged:

Joseph Adam Brosius, 24, of Hawthorn
Elizabeth Carol Ganci, 22, of Tionesta

Both individual face the following charges:

– Possession Red Phosphorus, etc. w/Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substances, Felony
– Conspiracy – Possession Red Phosphorus, etc. w/Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance, Felony
– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Brosius also faces the following offenses:

– Driving Unregistered Vehicle, Summary
– Allow Illegal Use Of Plate/Card, Summary
– Display Plate Card In Improper Vehicle, Summary
– Operating Vehicle W/O Required Financial Responsibility, Summary

On February 18, Brosius and Ganci were lodged in Clarion County Jail on $50,000.00 cash bail.
