Vivian L. Reynolds

Vivian Louise (Lundblad) Reynolds, 77, of Route 28 Brockway, PA; died on Sunday February 18, 2018, at her residence.

Born on August 30, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Margaret Aldine Postlewait Lundblad.

On April 24, 1964 she was married to her beloved husband, Gary C. Reynolds and he survives. They have enjoyed 53 years of marriage.

Vivian was a 1959 graduate of the Brockway High School. Immediately following graduation, she became a Hostess (flight attendant) for Allegheny Airlines. She also was a homemaker, and a member of the Beechtree Union Church where she was very active. Vivian also was active in a Ladies Auxiliary group in Brookville. She enjoyed sewing and quilting, but most of all she loved playing cards and games with her family laughing and enjoying life and the Lord. To her no one was a stranger, because she would take the time to talk and get to know everyone.

In addition to her husband she is also survived by a daughter Trudi (Will) Radaker of Brookville; a son Timothy (Brenda) Reynolds of Hazen; four sisters: Barbara (Daniel) Jones of Hubbard, Ohio; Gail (Paul) Smith of Upper St. Clair, PA; Patricia (Jack) Lindemuth and Beverly (Alan) Lindemuth both of Hazen and a brother Robert “Lumpy” Lundblad of Allens Mills. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Ashley Dawn, Sarah, Garrett, Holly, Rachelle, Ashley Nicole and Adam, as well as ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister Joyce Hess, two brothers: Donald Lee Strawcutter Lundblad and John Lundblad, and a granddaughter Monica.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday, February 20 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 21 at 11:00 a.m., also at the funeral home, with Rev. Terry Felt and Pastor Ray Peters co-officiating. Burial will follow in Temple Cemetery at Hazen.
