JEFFERSON CO. Pa. (EYT) – A Winter Storm Warning and a Flood Warning remain in effect for Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest, west central and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* At 441 AM EST, County officials and local law enforcement have provided numerous reports of flooding over the course of the night across southeast Ohio, southwestern PA and northern West Virginia.

Flooding is expected to continue into the morning.
