Godspell Theatre Musical

Woodcarving Show and Competition

The center is hosting its 33rd Annual Woodcarving Show and Competition on Saturday and Sunday. It runs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. The show will feature wood and carving-related vendors, contests, and live demonstrations. There will also be soap carving for kids. The extraordinary talent of artists from across the region will be on display in the show area. Prizes will be awarded in many categories of this traditional art form that is reaching new heights.

Coolspring Power Museum History Day/Antique Car, Truck, and Tractor Show

July 15, 2017: Finest antique engine collection in the world. Presentations on the museum and the history of our engines, where they were built, what they were used for, how they operate and why the manufacturers made theirs a little different than the others. Many engines will be running throughout the day (larger engines have a scheduled start-up). Engineers will explain how they start an engine and answer any questions you might have. Car and truck show is just for fun. No exhibition charge for showing your vehicle but donations are appreciated. No judging of cars or trucks. Vehicle must be at least 25 years old. No vehicle is too large or too small. July 16, 2017: Open day.

Fire Tower Historical Tour
