SYKESVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say an assault took place in Stahl Park, Sykesville Borough, Jefferson County.
Police say this incident occurred at 8:30 p.m. on May 27, 2015, as a 13-year-old girl engaged in a verbal argument after an 8-year-old girl refused to move out of the way of the swing.
The 13-year-old pulled a folding pocket knife and threatened the victim with the knife, according to police.
The accused was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
