17-Year-Old Juvenile Charged with Disorderly Conduct on Route 36

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Police say around 4:40 p.m. on July 25, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on State Route 36, at Winslow Road, in Gaskill Township, Jefferson County.

Punxsutawney-based State Police were notified about a vehicle traveling north on State Route 36, near Winslow Road, in which the passenger of the vehicle was throwing unknown objects out of the vehicle at traffic signs, and one of the objects allegedly struck the windshield of another motorist without causing damage.

According to police, the vehicle was identified by the motorist, and a 17-year-old Mahaffey juvenile male was charged with disorderly conduct.

Charges were filed at District Court 54-3-01.
