19-Year-Old Woman Faces Charges Following Police Pursuit in Pine Township

PINE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 19-year-old woman is facing charges following a police pursuit that occurred in Pine Township early Thursday morning.

According to Clearfield-based State Police, the incident occurred during an investigation of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle operated by 19-year-old Jessica Pearl Hudson.

According to police, around 12:40 a.m. on January 16, the vehicle was located in Clearfield Borough, and Hudson was observed not stopping at two red lights. A traffic stop was then initiated.

Police say Hudson failed to stop the vehicle and the pursuit, which began on Bridge Street, in Clearfield Borough, continued until Hudson reached Over the Mountain in Pine Township, Jefferson County.

Charges are currently pending.
