BRADY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say an incident of criminal mischief occurred on Station Road, in Luthersburg, Brady Township, Clearfield County.
State police investigated a crime that involved 22-year-old Dylan L. Frantz, of Luthersburg, who allegedly spun donuts with his ATV as an 18-year-old Reynoldsville female drove her vehicle past his residence.
Police say Frantz’s ATV allegedly threw rocks into the windshield, causing damage to it.
The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on July 7, 2015.
Appropriate charges were filed in District Court 46-3-01, according to police.
