Around 10:41 p.m. on December 31, 2014, police conducted a traffic stop on SR 219, and a known, 22-year-old Brockport man was found to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.
The known man was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence, police say.
The driver was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.
Charges are pending a lab analysis.
The name of the suspect was not released.
