According to police, a traffic stop was initiated for a vehicle code violation. It was determined that 28-year-old Leo John Gilroy, of Columbus, OH, was allegedly in possession of controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and intoxicated.
Gilroy was subsequently arrested for related drug offense charges.
