MARIENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Marienville are investigating a theft that occurred Sunday in Jenks Township, Forest County.
Investigators say someone entered a Cherry Street residence between 2 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. and stole $30,000 in cash from a safe.
The safe was located in the residence’s living room.
Police say the perpetrator(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction.
