35-Year-Old Clarion Woman Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teenage Boy

stephanie-andreas-mugCLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A 35-year-old Clarion woman has been accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.

According to court documents, Clarion Borough Police Department filed criminal charges against 35-year-old Stephanie Ann Andreas, of Clarion.

According to a criminal complaint, Detective William H. Peck, of the Clarion Borough Police Department, was investigating a March 22 robbery and obtained information that Stephanie Andreas, a resident of 192 South 5th Avenue, in Clarion, engaged in oral sex with a known 15-year-old minor.

The complaint states that on March 23, Detective Peck contacted the minor’s mother, and she brought him into the Clarion Borough Police Department. The minor told Detective Peck that on Sunday, March 20, he was at Stephanie Andreas’ residence and that Andreas kept looking at him “with that look.” He went into the kitchen to get a drink, and she following him. The minor gave graphic details on the incident in which Andreas performed oral sex on him in her kitchen.

The complaint indicates that on March 24, Detective Peck contacted Andreas at the CYS building on South 5th Avenue. She was taken into custody and transported to the Clarion Borough Police Department. She was read the Miranda Warnings, and she agreed to an interview.

At first, Andreas denied having any sexual contact with the 15-year-old male, but then she allegedly admitted that she had oral sex with him “but he forced her….” Finally, Andreas allegedly stated it was a mutual agreement for her to provide the victim with oral sex and that he asked her to do it, according to the complaint.

Based on his investigation, Detective Peck requested an arrest warrant be issued for Andreas.

She was arraigned at 6:00 p.m. on March 24 in front of Magisterial District Judge Duane L. Quinn and faces the following charges:

-Statutory Sexual Assault: 11 Years Older, Felony 1
-IDSI (Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse) Person Less Than 16 Yrs Age, Felony 1
-Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 2
-Corruption of Minors

Unable to post $50,000.00 monetary bail, Andreas was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. on April 5 with Judge Quinn presiding.

Andreas is also facing Conspiracy Robbery and related charges stemming from the March 22 robbery and assault of a 68-year-old man.
