SANDY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 30-year-old man is facing DUI charges following a traffic stop in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.
DuBois-based State Police say the incident happened on January 17 at 9:27 p.m. when Ronald C. Enyeart, 30, of Huntingdon, was stopped for a traffic violation in the parking lot of Sheetz.
Through further investigation, it was determined that Enyeart was under the influence of alcohol, according to police.
He was arrested for DUI without incident. Charges will be filed with District Court 46-3-01.
