55-Year-Old Woman Awaiting Preliminary Hearing on Theft Charges

Legal-scales-books-gavel-Image-1024x681[1]SNYDER TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 55-year-old woman is facing a preliminary hearing on theft charges following an incident that occurred in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.

According to court documents, 55-year-old Jennifer Melissa Wolfe of Emporium, Pa., faces 14 counts of theft stemming from an incident that occurred on April 1, 2012.

Wolfe was arraigned at 9:35 p.m. on October 20, 2015, in front of Magisterial District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers.

She faces the following charges:

– Theft By Failure To Make Required Disp Funds, Felony 3 (11 counts)
– Theft By Failure To Make Required Disp Funds, Misdemeanor 1 (3 counts)

Unable to post $250,000.00 monetary bail, she was placed in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on November 18 with Judge Inzana presiding.
