HENDERSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a 59-year-old Brookville man was arrested for assault following an altercation on Spring Road, in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, around 4:00 p.m. on November 11, 59-year-old Frank James Blagdan and a 44-year-old woman were allegedly involved in a verbal altercation.
Police say as the victim turned away from Blagdan, he allegedly threw a pot striking her in the back of the head.
She suffered head injuries, according to police.
Blagdan was taken into custody and charged with one count each of Simple Assault and Harassment.
No other information was provided.
