59-year-old Man Injured in Route 322 Motorcycle Crash

PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 59-year-old man was injured yesterday when his motorcycle collided with a car on Route 322.

Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 12:17 p.m. Edna Gallagher, 74, of Brookville, was pulling onto Route 322 from a private drive and failed to see a 2006 Harley Davidson operated by George L. Crusan, 59, of Cherry Tree.

Crusan applied his brakes and swerved, but was unable to avoid Gallagher’s 1999 Mercury Marquis.

Crusan suffered minor injuries in the collision.

Gallagher and a passenger on Crusan’s motorcycle, Reva C. Crusan, 62, of Cherry Tree, both escaped injury.

No citations were issued.
