Additional Incidents of Unemployment-Related Identity Theft Reported to State Police

JEFFERSON/INDIANA CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Theft by Deception/Identity Theft in Rose Township

Around 8:34 a.m. on July 21, Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into an incident of identity theft involving a 69-year-old female victim from Brookville.

Theft by Deception/Identity Theft in North Mahoning Township

Around 11:45 a.m. on July 27, Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into an incident of identity theft involving a 43-year-old male victim from Rochester Mills, Pa.

Theft by Deception/Identity Theft in Oliver Township

Around 11:53 a.m. on July 27, Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into an incident of identity theft involving a 26-year-old female victim from Sprankle Mills, Pa.

Theft by Deception/Identity Theft in Oliver Township

Around 11:52 a.m. on July 27, Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into an incident of identity theft involving a 50-year-old female victim from Sprankle Mills, Pa.

Theft by Deception/Identity Theft in Young Township

Around 11:43 a.m. on July 27, Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into an incident of identity theft involving a 66-year-old female male from Punxsutawney.
