* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL OHIO AND PENNSYLVANIA… INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS… IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO… COLUMBIANA. IN PENNSYLVANIA… ALLEGHENY… ARMSTRONG… BEAVER… BUTLER… CLARION… FOREST… INDIANA… JEFFERSON PA… LAWRENCE… MERCER… VENANGO… WESTMORELAND AND WESTMORELAND RIDGES.
* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING
* 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE ACROSS THE AREA.
* 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER THE WATCH AREA LAST NIGHT.
