BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A lane restriction is in place on Interstate 80 East in Jefferson County due to a tractor trailer fire.
According to PennDOT, the right lane is closed on Interstate 80 East between mile marker 77 and 77.5, in Jefferson County due to a tractor trailer fire. The restriction is near Exit 78 (PA 36 – Brookville/Sigel).
Motorists are urged to slow down and use caution when travelling through the area.
The restriction is expected to be lifted by 6 pm today.
