Alfred Rearick, 62, of Clarion, died unexpectedly at his home, early Thursday morning, August 13, 2015.
Born on November 21, 1952 in Brookville, he was the son of the late Miles B. and Pearlene V. (Sowers) Rearick. On June 10, 1989 he married Darlene (Coleman).
He was a self-employed auto parts recycler. He also was a member of the Stanton United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Rearick of Clarion, a sister, Lorene Osborne and her husband Jim of Brookville, two brothers, Randy Sowers and his wife Sue of Fairfield, Ohio and Daniel Rearick of New Bethlehem and nieces and nephews.
In addition to both parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lowann E. Rearick.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 14, 2015, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. The funeral service will be on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Goodnough officiating. Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Distant, Armstrong County.
