Bob Wayland served our country in the United States Army Air Corp.

Bob Wayland was raised in Brookville.

Having served as a Corporal in the United States Army Air Corp, Bob was a World War II veteran.

He was a member of the George D. Montgomery American Legion Post 17 and James J. Patterson Post 813 Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He was the Owner/Operator of Wayland Farm Supply, of DuBois, from 1959 until 1992.

Full military honors were accorded by the DuBois Area Honor Guard following his funeral service.

He was laid to rest in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Ringold, Pa.
