Dick graduated from Brookville High School with the class of 1945.
He proudly served his country with the United States Army Air Corps and the United States Air Force from 1946 to 1951.
He also served the community through his memberships with the United Methodist Church of Brookville and the United Methodist Church Choir.
He was laid to rest at Lakelawn Memorial Park in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
