Ed Misiewicz served our country in the United States Army.

Name: Edward M. Misiewicz

Born: August 12, 1928

Died: August 28, 2020

Hometown: DuBois, Pa.

Branch: U.S. Army

Ed was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army.

He also served his community through his memberships with the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, the Polish Citizens Club, and the Sandy Hose #1 Fireman’s Club.

Following a Mass of Christian Burial, he received full military honors by the members of the DuBois Area Honor Guard. He was then laid to rest in St. Michael Cemetery.
