BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, around 4:03 a.m. on March 10, a DUI arrest occurred in the Sheetz parking lot, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Police say they were called to Sheetz for an intoxicated male.
Upon arrival, police say 40-year-old William S. Nichols was standing by a truck with the keys in the ignition, and when he was confronted, he stated that he was the only one in the vehicle.
Nichols was arrested for alleged driving under the influence.
