State Police Calls: DUI Drugs, Criminal Mischief

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – State police responded to the following calls:

Traffic Stop in Reynoldsville Results in DUI Arrest

Punxsutawney-based State Police made an arrest following a traffic stop on Friday night in Reynoldsville Borough, Jefferson County.

Around 5:27 p.m. on Friday, October 11, a known male was stopped for traffic violations on South 4th Street/Gordon Street.

He was subsequently arrested for DUI, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges are pending.

The name of the individual was not released.

Police Investigating Criminal Mischief in Snyder Township

DuBois-based State Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 12:00 p.m. on October 3 and 3:00 p.m. on October 9 at a property on Cemetery Hill Road, Snyder Township, Jefferson County.

On October 10, PSP DuBois received a call regarding an attempted break-in at the above-described location.

An unknown perpetrator(s) attempted to pry open the door of a Salem camper owned by a 56-year-old Brookville man.

The perpetrator(s) attempt was unsuccessful; however, the perpetrator(s) did cause damage to the door and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
