YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 12:10 p.m. on March 7, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Harmony Road (Route 310), 1214 feet south of Adrian Road, in Young Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, 22-year-old Bethany S. Beatty and 52-year-old Johanna F. Brown, both of Anita, were involved in the collision.

Police say Beatty was traveling south on Route 310 when she crossed over the double yellow center lines into the opposing lane of travel.

She was using a seat belt.
