Argument Escalates into Altercation in Huston Township, Three Charged

handcuffsHUSTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, around 10:18 a.m. on July 18, an incident of harassment occurred at Nittany Minit Mart, on Bennetts Valley Highway, in Huston Township, Clearfield County.

Police say this incident of harassment, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct occurred in the parking lot at the above described location.

According to police, a verbal argument escalated into the following individuals allegedly pushing each other:

  • 28-year-old Zachary Scott Ruhl, of Penfield
  • 44-year-old Thomas Michael Derydt, of Penfield
  • 27-year-old Tashauna Lynn McCauley, of Penfield

Police indicate a 39-year-old Penfield woman was also listed as a victim.

In addition, a vehicle was struck by a tow chain causing damage to the rear, according to police.

No other details were provided.
