BARNETT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Marienville-based State Police, arson charges will be filed against the person responsible for a brush fire that occurred around 2:28 p.m. on May 3 in Barnett Township, Forest County.
Police say a known suspect started a fire near Camp Sunshine Drive and failed to contain it, causing the three acre brush fire.
Charges will be filed, according to police.
The name of the suspect was not released.
