Aryl Berdine Reed

Aryl-Reed-1445694113[1]Aryl Berdine Reed, 90, of Saint Petersburg, FL passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015.

She was born in Sabula, PA, on April 6, 1925 to the late Hiram Nathan Hoyt and the late Erma Agnes Beer.

Aryl was a devoted member of Suncoast Cathedral Assembly of God Church and member of the American Business Women’s Association.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Aryl was also a dedicated fan of the Tampa Bay Rays.

She had a deep relationship with the Lord and because of her faith, she was known for her strong will and unconditional love for her family.

Aryl is preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Mervin Reed; sister Elizabeth “Libby” Greathouse.

Aryl is survived by her sons, Lloyd E. Reed, wife Christel and Vaughn A. Reed, wife Cynthia; grandchildren, Jessica Reed, Kate Vaccaro, David Reed, Amelia Reed; great-grandchildren, Layla Vaccaro, Naiomi Reed, Isabelle Reed; sister, Jane Scheel; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Suncoast Cathedral, 2300 62nd Ave N, St Petersburg, 33702.

Aryl will be laid to rest next to her husband Mervin at Morningside Cemetery in Dubois, PA.
