Authorities Bust Four on Felony Drug Charges in Brockway

crime-newsBROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – Four people have been arrested in the borough of Brockway on felony drug charges.

According to court documents, Jefferson County District Attorney’s office filed charges against the following individuals on drug charges in the office of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana:

Lisa A. Hockenberry

Hockenberry, 47, of Brockway, faces the following charge from an incident on August 24, 2015, in the borough of Brockway.

  • one count of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver

She is awaiting a preliminary hearing.

Ashley Jane Bianco

Bianco, 28, of DuBois, faces charges from an incident that occurred on July 27, 2015, in the borough of Brockway.

On 6:41 p.m. on November 11, she was arraigned on the following charges:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

Bianco also faces charges from an incident that occurred on July 22, 2015, in the borough of Brockway.

She was arraigned at 6:41 a.m. on November 11 on the following charges:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
  • Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Felony 3
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

Unable to post $50,000.00 monetary bail for each incident, Bianco was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

She faces a preliminary hearing on both cases at 9:00 a.m. on November 25 with Judge Inzana presiding.

Erica Jean Johnson (Davey)

Johnson (Davey), 26, of Brockport, faces the following charges from an incident that occurred on July 15, 2015.

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility Felony 3
  • Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Felony 3
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

She is awaiting a preliminary hearing.

Brandon Lowell Rowles

Rowles, 25, of Penfield, faces the following charges from an incident that occurred on June 8, 2015, in the borough of Brockway:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

He also faces the following charges from an incident that occurred on May 29, 2015, in the borough of Brockway:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

Rowles is awaiting a preliminary hearing on both incidents.
